Thanks to Elevation Church’s generosity, Nevins will be hosting a Holiday Box Gift Away! There will be drive-thru stations at Nevins’ campus, where participants will be able to receive their holiday boxes, hygiene kits, and water bottles that have been donated by Elevation Church.  Participant’s guardians/family members will be able to drive-thru on Wednesday, December 9th, from 9 am to 12 pm & 1 pm to 3 pm, to pick up their Holiday Gift Box. We think this is a great way to get into the holiday spirit and are so excited to be able to share some holiday cheer with participants! Thank you Elevation Church! Nevins is participating in #GivingTuesday! Today is a national day of generosity, and you have the opportunity to positively impact the participants we serve. We create opportunities for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by providing person-centered care, community and employment involvement, virtual programs, and more! With your help, Nevins will be able to continue to provide one-on-one services, virtual programs such as yoga, music therapy, art therapy & other enrichment classes, and help us support those struggling in these trying times.  Thanks to you, we will be able to meet the needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities when they need it most.

While Nevins continues to provide services in the community and virtual programs, if you are planning to visit Nevins’ campus, please be sure to schedule an appointment with Nevins management ahead of time. The Nevins Center offices will be closed from 8:00 am Thursday, November 26th through 4:00 pm Friday, November 27th, in observance of Thanksgiving. Thank you!
